采用软机械化学辅助固相法合成(Eu2+, Dy3+)-共掺杂铝酸锶磷光体并研究其力致发光性能。
研究成果
软机械化学预处理可降低煅烧温度和时间，促进Eu2?和Dy3?掺杂进入晶格，并改善PL和ML性能。最佳研磨时长为60分钟，此时发光强度达到最大值。ML强度与冲击应力成正比，且随重复应力作用而递减。
研究不足
长时间研磨会引入杂质相，降低光致发光（PL）和磁滞损耗（ML）强度。该方法在工业生产中可能存在规?；侍?，且磁滞损耗测量仅限于冲击应力条件。

本研究采用搅拌介质磨中的软力化学预处理结合煅烧工艺合成SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+荧光粉，旨在降低煅烧温度并改善性能。

使用SrCO3、Al2O3、Eu2O3、Dy2O3和H3BO3助熔剂的混合前驱体，分别研磨0、20、60、120、180分钟。

4. 实验步骤与操作流程：按化学计量比混合前驱体，在指定参数下研磨、干燥后于还原气氛中煅烧，手动研磨、过筛并压制成圆片进行ML测量。表征手段包括粒度分析、XRD、SEM、DSC、FTIR、XPS、PL及ML测试。
5：数据分析方法：
XRD数据通过Jade软件分析，活化能采用Kissinger法计算，其余测量采用标准技术处理。
