胰酶消化细胞并计数后接种至水凝胶包被孔板，每日从第1天至第5天进行OCT扫描获取三维图像，同时采集显微图像作为对照。
5：数据分析方法：
采用定制算法处理三维OCT数据集，通过形态学梯度边缘检测估算集落体积与数量，体积通过深度方向面积累加计算。
