1:实验设计与方法选择:
本研究比较了两种光学相干断层成像(OCT)方法——常规OCT成像(COI)和改进型肺动脉成像(IPI)。IPI采用造影剂作为球囊充盈指示剂并提高冲洗速度。
2:样本选择与数据来源:
2009年9月至2010年9月期间,从广州医科大学第一附属医院和广州呼吸疾病研究所招募8例外周肺动脉病变患者。
3:实验设备与材料清单:
包括血管造影仪(INNO-VA2000,GE)、OCT成像仪(M2系列,LightLab Imaging公司)、封堵球囊导管(HeliosTM,LightLab Imaging公司)、低压球囊加压泵(Indeflator LID-1,GoodTec)、导丝、导管、造影剂(威视派克,GE)、肝素钠、盐酸利多卡因、无菌生理盐水及乳酸林格氏液。
4:实验流程与操作步骤:
COI组充盈压力为0.3-0.5 atm,冲洗速度0.3-0.5 mL/s;IPI组在X线监测下逐步增加充盈压力并配合造影剂使用,冲洗速度提升至1.0 mL/s。共对33个血管段进行OCT成像。
