研究目的
To develop stable thin-film transistors (TFTs) with high mobility for large size 8K4K LCD TVs and high resolution OLED TVs, focusing on back channel etched (BCE) structure TFTs and self-aligned coplanar structure TFTs.
研究成果
The development of 85 inch 8K4K 120Hz AMLCD TV driven by GOA and BCE structure a-IGZO TFT with 4 mask processes, and 31 inch 4K2K top emission IJP AMOLED with self-aligned coplanar structure a-IGZO TFT, demonstrates the potential of oxide TFT technologies for high-end displays. Future work includes further optimization for uniformity and stability.
