1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Mustard microgreens were grown under custom-made lighting equipment containing five separate modules with different wavelengths of LEDs. The main photosynthetic photon flux was provided by blue, red, deep-red, and far-red LEDs. Three modules were equipped with supplemental high-power UV-A LED-emitting wavelengths of 366 nm, 390 nm, and 402 nm.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Mustard microgreens (B. juncea L. cv. “Red Lion”) were grown in a peat substrate for 10 days.

Custom-made lighting equipment with LEDs of specific wavelengths, peat substrate, plastic containers, and analytical balances.

Plants were grown under controlled conditions with specific light regimes, harvested, and analyzed for growth characteristics and phytochemical content.

Statistical analysis was performed using the XLSTAT statistical and data analysis solution for Microsoft Excel. Differences between means were evaluated using the Duncan’s Multiple Range test at a significance level of P ≤ 0.05.
