Nanocrystal perovskite La (Fe and Mn) O3 were synthesized by a simple, low temperature, and effective-cost co-precipitation method. These inorganic perovskites were experimentally and theoretically set as photo-anode in solar cells and showed promising efficiency according to cost and time fabrication. The better power conversion efficiency was obtained by photo-anode LaFeO3 (0.07) perovskite. These results indicate that there is a possibility to further improve the performance of perovskite-based cells and reduce their cost.
