This strategy leads to a significant increase in PCE, Voc, and FF, demonstrating a simple and versatile approach to improving the performance of perovskite solar cells.

The performance decrease at higher KCl concentrations due to excess KCl on SnO2 surface hindering charge transport. The volatile nature of Cl during the processing of perovskite films makes it difficult to detect its presence in the PbI2 or perovskite film.

Perovskite layers with a composition of (FAPbI3)
3:95(MAPbBr3)05 were fabricated using the sequential deposition method. List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
SnO2 colloidal solution, KCl, PbI2, FAI, MABr, MACl, spiro-oMeTAD, Li-TFSI, Au for electrodes.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
SnO2-KCl composite ETL was prepared by mixing KCl in SnO2 colloidal solution and spin-coated on ITO-coated glass substrates. Perovskite layers were fabricated using sequential deposition method.
