To demonstrate the use of graphene for concentration applications on III‐V multijunction solar cells to improve their performance.

The integration of graphene into III‐V multijunction solar cells significantly reduces series resistance and improves fill factor and efficiency at high concentrations. However, the optical absorption of graphene slightly decreases the short-circuit current density. The study demonstrates the potential of graphene to enhance the performance of concentrator solar cells, with further improvements possible through optimization of graphene deposition and interface properties.

The study is limited by the optical absorption of graphene and the challenges in achieving optimal contact resistance between graphene and the solar cell components. Future improvements could focus on reducing graphene's optical absorption and optimizing the graphene-semiconductor interface.
