Low temperature solution processed SnO2 is an efficient electron transport layer for perovskite solar cells, suitable for fabrication under high humidity conditions. The optimal dilution ratio of SnO2 colloidal solution with DI water was found to be 1:4 v/v, achieving a PCE of 8.51%.
