研究目的
To propose a stochastic method to calculate the distribution system (DS) hosting capacity to photovoltaic (PV) systems while ensuring that voltage requirements are not violated, and to analyze the effects of electric vehicle (EV) loads on DS hosting capacity for PV systems.
研究成果
The proposed stochastic method effectively estimates the DS hosting capacity for PV systems while maintaining voltage constraints. Integration of EVs increases the DS hosting capacity for PV, with a 4% improvement observed when EV loads penetrate 12% of spot loads at each PV location. Future research aims to develop more accurate and less time-consuming models.
研究不足
The study focuses only on voltage constraints and does not consider other operational constraints such as thermal loading limits, protection related issues, and power quality related issues. The simulation time is reduced by considering only the period of 8:00 to 17:00 each day, which may not capture all potential voltage violations.
