The RFL generation part and imaging part are set up, with light collected and directed to the sample, then reflected light is collimated and directed to the CCD.
5：Data Analysis Methods:
The intensity profile of the image in each detect method is analyzed, and contrast ratios are calculated for quantitative comparison.
