研究目的
To review the effect of the measurement sensors which are used in a PV plant on the PR and to determine the effect of irradiation sensors on the PR in a large-power PV plant under real operating conditions.
研究成果
The study concludes that the use of different types of irradiation sensors greatly affects the PR value and that temperature correction is required for an actual comparison of PV plants in different locations. The corrected PR values were higher than the non-corrected PR values, indicating the importance of temperature correction in PR calculation.
研究不足
The study focuses on the effect of irradiation sensors and temperature on PR, but other factors such as soiling, snow, or variables influenced by efficiency that affect the amount of energy produced are not considered.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study investigated the PR of an MW PV plant installed in Turkey using two types of irradiation sensors (pyranometer and reference cells) and the PVGIS program. Data were collected every 5 min during 1 year.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
The data were collected from a PV plant located in Aksaray/Turkey, with an installed power of 1149 kWp.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
The study used a Kipp & Zonen SMP11 pyranometer, a Si 420 TC reference cell, PT1000 temperature sensors, and a data logger for data collection.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Data passed through quality control and filtered process, with some improper values removed from the row data set. New data were written instead of the missing data. PR was calculated using conventional and corrected methods.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The PR was calculated by using conventional and corrected methods to account for temperature effects.
