研究目的
To explore the impact of process parameters on microchannel fabrication on titanium by nanosecond fiber laser micromilling, focusing on geometric dimension, profile, and surface quality.
研究成果
The study successfully explored the impact of process parameters on microchannel characteristics. Higher PRR, lower scanning times, higher scanning speed, and high air pressure were found suitable for lesser surface cracks. The developed models can be utilized for industrial purposes for obtaining desired responses and geometrical characteristics.
研究不足
The study is limited to the effects of selected process parameters on microchannel fabrication on titanium. The findings may not be directly applicable to other materials or laser systems.
