The study successfully demonstrated CW 6.3-dB-squeezed light at 20 MHz sidebands with a 2.5-THz bandwidth using a single-mode PPLN waveguide. This achievement is significant for the development of high-speed on-chip quantum processors using time-domain multiplexing.

The squeezing levels saturated at about -6 dB due to effective loss for squeezed light. The measured squeezing level in the high-frequency range was limited by the measurement capability of the homodyne system.
