研究目的
To introduce a secure IoT-based healthcare system operating through the BSN architecture, utilizing robust crypto-primitives to ensure transmission confidentiality and provide entity authentication among smart objects, the local processing unit, and the backend BSN server.
研究成果
The proposed IoT-based healthcare system with BSN infrastructures, featuring two authentication processes, satisfies major security requirements and is suitable for implementation on common intelligent mobile objects with robust security density. The practicability of the system is guaranteed, with acceptable computation times for performing authentication mechanisms on a common IoT-based development platform.
研究不足
The computation cost is dominated by the ECC based scalar multiplication computation, and the system efficiency could be further improved by substituting the adopted crypto-hash-modules with traditional SHA-2 techniques.
