To describe how to ensure the quality and trustworthiness of social media data for company’s business decision making by introducing a novel solution for data evaluation.

The paper concludes that the introduced solution improves business decision making by providing real-time, validated data for the user. The solution is extendable, allowing for new data sources and data sets for data extraction, as well as new metrics and algorithms for data evaluation.
研究不足
The implementation was conducted with limitations such as only one quality policy being implemented at the moment, the data in the case example being confidential data of the case company, and timeliness and keywords being specified in the UI for searching of metadata.
