1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study employed a quantum dot-based lateral flow immunoassay (QD-LFIA) combined with a portable fluorescence immunoassay chip detector (PFICD) for the detection of serum-specific IgE against Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der-p) and Dermatophagoides farinae (Der-f).

Serum samples were collected from patients with Der-p-positive AR and Der-f-positive AR, as well as control groups without allergy to Der-p or Der-f.
