研究目的
Investigating the luminescent properties of LnTaO4: Eu3t (Ln ? La, Y) phosphors for potential application in white LEDs.
研究成果
LnTaO4: Eu3t (Ln ? La, Y) phosphors exhibit intense red emission suitable for white LEDs, with LaTaO4: Eu3t showing stronger emission intensity than YTaO4: Eu3t. The optimum Eu3t concentration in LaTaO4 is x ? 0.20, with electric dipole-dipole interaction as the concentration quenching mechanism. The phosphors show moderate thermal stability, making them potential candidates for white LED applications.
研究不足
The quantum efficiency of the samples is relatively poor due to the irregular morphology of LaTaO4: Eu3t sample.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
High-temperature solid-state reaction was used to synthesize LnTaO4: Eu3t (Ln ? La, Y) phosphors.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Ta2O5, Eu2O3, La2O3, and Y2O3 were used as raw materials.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
X-ray diffractometer (Panalytical X’pert pro), Lambda 650S spectrophotometer, FL980 UV–vis–NIR spectrophotometer, HAAS-2000 color analyzer, C9920-02 absolute PL quantum yield measurement system, EX-1000 thermal quenching analyzer.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Raw materials were mixed, calcined at 1200°C for 8 hours, cooled to room temperature, and reground for measurement.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
XRD for phase structure, diffuse reflectance spectra, PL spectra, CIE chromaticity coordinates, quantum yield, and temperature-dependent PL spectra were analyzed.
