研究目的
To develop 3D addressable sensory and display systems by enabling general row and column control lines through selective plasticization of an ABS film with DMF via PDMS microfluidic channels.
研究成果
The study successfully demonstrates a transformation method for planar electronics to produce 3D electronics using selective plasticization of ABS films with liquid DMF. This method allows for extreme bending angles and nondisruptive tucking-based origami, enabling the development of hexahedral LED arrays with general row and column control lines.
研究不足
The complexity of the hidden tucking area can increase space occupancy and stress concentration. The method requires caution in design and process for complex shapes.
