研究目的
To explore the capabilities of laser induced graphene paper (LIGP) for in situ heating and investigate the customizable manufacture and modulation of LIGP enabled heaters with multimodally patternable performance for low-energy manufacturing of polymeric composites.
研究成果
The LIGP-H exhibits superior intrinsic properties suitable for low-energy manufacturing of composites, including high temperature range, short temperature rising time, high temperature efficiency, and maintained electrothermal properties against repeated bending/stretching cycles. The CAD/CAM and one-step laser scribing technique enable the LIGP-H to be highly patternable and scalable, making it advantageous for high-quality and high-efficient manufacturing of polymeric composites.
研究不足
The study focuses on the fabrication and electrothermal performance of LIGP-H but does not extensively explore the long-term durability under continuous operation or the scalability of the manufacturing process for industrial applications.
