研究目的
Investigating the effects of Na2S doped TiO2 layers on the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells.
研究成果
Na2S doped TiO2 layers significantly improve the conductivity of TiO2, the quality of TiO2/perovskite interfaces, and the crystallinity of perovskite layers, leading to high-performance perovskite solar cells with a champion efficiency of 21.25% and improved stability.
研究不足
The study does not explore the effects of Na2S doping concentrations beyond 3%, and the long-term stability under varying environmental conditions is not fully investigated.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study involved the preparation of Na2S doped TiO2 layers using a modified precursor solution method.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Different amounts of Na2S (
3:5%, 1%, 2% and 3% in molar ratio) were added into precursor solutions to modify TiOList of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Tetrabutyl titanatein, hydrochloric acid, absolute ethyl alcohol, anhydrous-Na2S, and anhydrous-NaCl were used.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The TiO2 precursor solution was spin-coated onto FTO substrates, pre-annealed at 120 °C, and then annealed at 450 °C. Perovskite layers were deposited by spin coating and annealed at 150 °C.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The study used UV-Vis absorption, PL and TRPL measurements, SEM, AFM, STEM, XPS, UPS, and EIS for characterization.
