The study utilized inkjet printing (IJP) for fabricating metal-dielectric-metal capacitors on flexible polyimide (PI) substrates. A custom dielectric ink based on Poly 4-vinylphenol (PVP) was formulated, and silver nanoparticle ink was used for conductive plates.
