1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
SFNs were prepared with regenerated silk fibroin (RSF) using desolvation method with FITC-BSA as bio-macromolecular model drug encapsulated.

Human retinal pigment epithelial cell line (ARPE-19) and New Zealand white rabbits were used.
