研究目的
Investigating the synthesis and characterization of Polymer/Silica/QDs fluorescent nanocomposites with potential application as printing toner.
研究成果
Highly luminescent CdTeQDs were successfully synthesized and incorporated into CSNP nanocomposites. The nanocomposites exhibited potential application as high security fluorescent color security-toner with a variety of luminescent colors from green to red.
研究不足
The study is limited to the synthesis and characterization of CdTeQDs and their incorporation into CSNP nanocomposites. The application as printing toner is preliminary and requires further testing for commercial viability.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
CdTeQDs were synthesized via one-pot method microwave assisted. CSNP composites were prepared via ultrasonic treatment and post drying at 60 ℃.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
CdTeQDs were synthesized at varying temperatures (100-160 ℃).
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
UV-vis absorbance (Thermo Evolution 600), X-Ray diffraction (PANalytical X'Pert3 Powder), TEM (FEI Tecnai F30), and FEI TITAN Low-base and High-base for STEM.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
CdTeQDs were synthesized, characterized, and then incorporated into CSNP nanocomposites. Printing tests were performed on security paper.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
UV-vis absorbance, XRD, and TEM were used for characterization.
