1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The gelatinization method of starch colloidal suspension with inorganic salts (zinc and cobalt) was used, calcined at different temperatures.

Natural cassava starch and inorganic salts (zinc nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt(II) nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt(II) acetate tetrahydrate, cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate) were used.

4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Synthesis involved gelatinization of starch with inorganic salts, calcination at 600 °C, 800 °C, and 1000 °C, characterization, and application in white paint.

XRF for composition estimation, XRD for crystalline phase identification, SEM for morphology, BET for surface area, UV-Vis for absorption spectra, XANES for oxidation state, colorimetry for color coordinates, NIR reflectance spectra for solar reflectance.
