1:Experimental Design and Method Selection
The synthesis involved the Claisen condensation for the pentafluorinated β-diketones and their europium (III) complexes were synthesized from the pentafluorinated β-diketones and europium chloride hexahydrate with ancillary ligands in ethanol solution.
