To propose a high resolution fiber Bragg sensing system based on high speed parallel sampling technology and analyze the resolution of wavelength in fiber grating sensing system theoretically.

The paper demonstrates that high speed parallel sampling can improve the direct resolution of wavelength measurement beyond the resolution determined by the DAC. The technique can also be applied to other spectral data acquisition, such as in distributed Brillouin fiber sensing.
研究不足
The minimum resolvable wavelength interval is related to the slope of the spectral line, with resolutions near the peak being much worse than at the edge. Increasing the sampling rate beyond a certain point does not improve resolution as adjacent wavelengths become indistinguishable.
