研究目的
Investigating the role of imaging modalities like mammography and thermography in the premature detection of bosom (breast) tumor to enhance the survival rate of patients.
研究成果
Premature detection of bosom tumor is crucial for increasing patient survival rates. Mammography and thermography are complementary tools for breast tumor risk assessment, each with its own advantages and limitations. A multimodal approach combining these and other tests is preferable for accurate early detection.
研究不足
Mammography is not suitable for younger women, pregnant women, and those with dense or surgically altered breasts due to ionic radiation. Thermography may not detect diseases deeper in the breast tissue unless they are sufficiently large to affect surface blood flow patterns.
