摘要： Light and lighting are the civilization choice of people. The accessibility of lighting has created conditions for unlimited practical use during the dark period of the day. Those circumstances have led to the disturbance of the natural alternation of light and dark period. Hence, the night is becoming a day. Contemporary lighting systems belong to the group of technical systems that bring certain harmful effects on the external and internal environment, respectively on people and the living nature. One of them is the result of the well-known light pollution. The development of the contemporary light-based techniques and technologies, in addition to the unconditionally beneficial consequences, has led to the violation of the reasonable normal and socially acceptable limits by the scattering of the artificial light and especially the uncontrolled overlit areas. This is also a “scatter” of electrical energy.
