研究目的
Investigating the synthesis, structural properties, and photocatalytic activities of perovskite oxynitride solid solutions Ca1–xSrxNbO2N, CaNb1–xTaxO2N, and SrNb1–xTaxO2N prepared from soft-chemistry precursors.
研究成果
The study successfully synthesized phase-pure perovskite oxynitride solid solutions with tailored bandgaps and demonstrated their potential as photocatalysts, particularly the Ca1–xSrxNbO2N series for wastewater treatment.
研究不足
The study is limited to the synthesis and characterization of specific perovskite oxynitride solid solutions and their photocatalytic properties under controlled conditions.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
Hydrothermal synthesis was used to prepare oxide precursors, followed by low-temperature ammonolysis to obtain the oxynitrides. Rietveld analysis was applied for structural characterization.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Oxide precursors were prepared using Ca(NO3)2·4H2O, Sr(NO3)2, TaCl5, and NbCl
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Autoclave for hydrothermal synthesis, tube furnace for ammonolysis, Bruker D8 Advance diffractometer for XRD, Agilent Cary 60 spectrometer for UV/Vis spectroscopy.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Precursors were hydrothermally treated, ammonolyzed, and characterized by XRD, UV/Vis spectroscopy, and photocatalytic testing.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Rietveld refinement for XRD data, Kubelka-Munk transformation for UV/Vis data.
