研究目的
Investigating the effects of doping by aluminum or lanthanum on the electrical and electroluminescence properties of Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr thin films to improve the performance of thin-film electroluminescent devices.
研究成果
Doping Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr with Al significantly improves the electroluminescence performance by decreasing the current-starting and emission-starting voltages, increasing the luminance response speed, and enhancing the relative quantum efficiency. La doping generally has the opposite effect. The improvements are attributed to changes in oxygen vacancy density and the separation of the material into n-type and p-type semiconducting regions. Stacking Al-doped and La-doped films further enhances performance.
研究不足
The study focuses on the effects of Al and La doping on Ca0.6Sr0.4TiO3:Pr thin films, but does not explore other dopants or materials. The mechanism of electroluminescence improvement is hypothesized based on the separation into n-type and p-type regions due to oxygen vacancy migration, which may require further validation.
