研究目的
Investigating the synthesis, properties, and applications of vanadium oxide nanotubes.
研究成果
Vanadium oxides, as one of the desirable materials for intercalation in electrochemistry, catalytic reaction have attracted great attention. Besides derivate with varied oxidation states (V5+, V4+, and V3+), layered structures make vanadium oxides a nominate material to be further studied. Hydrothermal techniques have shown to be very successful in obtaining an open structure as compared to other available methods. Nano-scale materials introduce particular chemical and physical properties which vary in different structures. There is great interest in the synthesis of one-dimensional nano sized vanadium oxides such as the vanadium oxide nano rod, nanotube, and vanadium oxide nano belt. The realizable strategy is to use organic templates to induce nanostructure materials.
