研究目的
Investigating the synthesis, crystal structure, photoluminescence, and photochemistry of bis(triphenylphosphine)silver(I) flavonolate.
研究成果
The complex Ag(I)(flavonolate)(PPh3)2 exhibits flavonolate IL fluorescence and phosphorescence, with the latter being quenched by oxygen. The complex undergoes photooxidation in the presence of oxygen, suggesting potential applications in photodynamic therapy and infection suppression.
研究不足
The study is limited to the characterization of the Ag(I)(flavonolate)(PPh3)2 complex and its photoluminescence and photochemistry properties. The potential for optimization includes exploring the biological applications of the complex.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The synthesis of Ag(flavonolate)(PPh3)2 was carried out by reacting Ag(acetate), flavonol, and PPh3 in acetonitrile. The product was characterized by X-ray crystallography, mass spectrometry, and electronic spectroscopy.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Single crystals were obtained by recrystallisation from diethyl ether.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Ag(acetate), flavonol, PPh3, acetonitrile, diethyl ether, GV1000, TitanS2 diffractometer, Hitachi 850 spectrofluorometer, Hamamatsu 928 photomultiplier.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
The synthesis mixture was stirred for 30 min, the product was collected by filtration and dried in a vacuum. X-ray crystallography was performed on a selected crystal.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
The structure was solved using the Shelxt structure solution program and refined with Shelxl using least-squares minimization.
