1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:

4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Measurements were performed at room temperature (~24°C) without temperature control. Data were accumulated for 10 seconds for trigger rate scans, and pulse height distributions were obtained with shaping time set to 50 ns.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
For method 1, cross talk was evaluated from the ratio of trigger rates at specific thresholds. For method 2, Gaussian fitting was applied to pulse height distributions to separate afterpulse and cross talk contributions.
