研究目的
To address the short battery duration and inconvenience of manual charging in UAVs by developing an automatic and efficient wireless power transfer system integrated with 3D printing technology.
研究成果
The implemented WPT system successfully enables automatic charging of a 3D printed UAV without manual intervention, enhancing battery duration and operational autonomy. The integration of 3D printing allows for customized and lightweight designs, improving misalignment tolerance. This approach has potential for applications in surveillance, delivery, and other UAV-based tasks, reducing labor costs and increasing efficiency. Future work could focus on increasing transfer distance and efficiency, as well as optimizing the landing algorithms.
研究不足
The system requires the UAV to land within a specific distance (up to 12 cm) for effective charging, which may not be feasible in all environmental conditions. The use of multiple receiving coils and TP4056 modules adds complexity and weight. The efficiency decreases with misalignment and distance, and the operating frequency is fixed at 180 kHz, which may not be optimal for all scenarios.
