研究目的
To develop a rapid optosensing detection method for tryptamine (TRY) in meat samples using molecularly imprinted polymers based on carbon dots-embedded covalent-organic frameworks.
研究成果
The MIPs based on CN-embedded COFs were successfully synthesized and applied for rapid, sensitive, and selective detection of TRY in meat samples, with good reproducibility, stability, and recovery rates, avoiding tedious pre-treatment steps required by other methods like HPLC.
研究不足
The method may have limitations in detecting TRY in very complex matrices beyond meat samples, and the synthesis process could be optimized for higher efficiency or scalability. Potential interference from other compounds in real samples might affect specificity.
1:Experimental Design and Method Selection:
The study employs a one-pot surface-imprinting synthesis method to create molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) based on carbon dots (CNs)-embedded covalent-organic frameworks (COFs) for optosensing. The principle relies on fluorescence quenching due to charge transfer between TRY and the MIPs.
2:Sample Selection and Data Sources:
Meat samples (pork and chicken sausage, ham, bacon, smoked pork) were collected from a local market. TRY and its analogs (histamine, tyramine) were obtained from chemical suppliers.
3:List of Experimental Equipment and Materials:
Chemicals include AEAPMS, citric acid, Tp, Pa, mesitylene, dioxane, MAA, AM, EGDMA, AIBN, TRY, HIS, TYR. Equipment includes SEM (Hitachi S-4800), FT-IR spectrophotometer (Vertex70vxrd), XRD diffractometer (D/max-2500), TGA analyzer (PTC-10A), multi-functional enzyme-labeled instrument (Biotek Instruments Inc.), and Labsystems 96-well plate.
4:Experimental Procedures and Operational Workflow:
Synthesis of CNs, COFs, and MIPs; adsorption equilibrium and static analysis using fluorescence measurements; interference analysis with analogs; reproducibility and stability tests; sample preparation by homogenization and extraction; fluorescence measurement with a micro-plate reader.
5:Data Analysis Methods:
Data analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0, with mean ± standard deviation from triplicate measurements. Stern-Volmer equation used for fluorescence quenching analysis.
