  • Application of blurred circular 3D images on the human vision model

    摘要: By letting students simulate operations and games on a digital education operation system, schools are able to inspect learning achievement and teaching quality. In digital education area, we are able to use blockchain technology to simplify process, improve competition mode. It’s helpful improve efficiency and avoid the problem of opaque and falsification messages. Besides, it can provide unchangeable digital certification of academic achievement. Based on existing research foundation, against features on related users and services, especially the standard and trustful problem in competitions and evaluation mode nowadays, I studied competition mode based on blockchain technology, designed blockchain’s application mode and frame, analyzed evaluation criteria and algorithm, designed an operational skill evaluation model, developed an operational skill competition evaluation system based on e-business sandbox and experimented it.

  • Power Capacity Optimization in a Photovoltaics-Based Microgrid Using the Improved Artificial Bee Colony Algorithm

    摘要: Although the combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) microgrid is feasible for achieving a high energy utilization efficiency, the fluctuation of energy sources, such as a photovoltaic system and multiple loads, may affect the safety, economics and stability in CCHP microgrid operation. For this reason, this paper establishes a mathematical model using a multi-objective optimization mechanism for resolving the in?uence of economy and energy allocation in the mixed photovoltaic type CCHP microgrid. It is based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the individual weight of objective function optimization for the multi-objective power capacity allocation. The improved arti?cial bee colony (IABC) based on the whale search and dynamic selection probability can achieve an optimization solution, reaching a stable operation state and reasonable capacity con?guration in the microgrid system. The performance results con?rm that the proposed algorithm is superior to others in both convergence speed and accuracyfor the capacity allocation of the CCHP microgrid.

  • Territorial planning for photovoltaic power plants using an outranking approach and GIS

    摘要: In 2015 the Paris Agreement set the goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve these objectives, it is necessary to boost electricity generation coming from renewable energy sources, particularly solar energy. Finding areas that are suitable for solar farm development is crucial for the economic feasibility of these projects and the sustainable use of land. This research investigates how to identify optimal sites for the development of solar plants. A GIS-based approach combined with a Multi-Criteria Evaluation methodology is used to create a map which shows a ranking of areas with high potential for solar farm development. The GIS-based methodology is employed in the treatment of the legal and environmental criteria and sub-criteria to delimit the suitable locations. These locations are evaluated and ranked by order using the PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations). The importance of each criteria and sub-criteria is determined by an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the Valencian Community the most discriminating criterion, when selecting the best locations, is the intensity of solar radiation, while temperature is the least discriminant. In terms of areas, the most suitable are located in the province of Alicante, while the least suitable are in the north of the Castellón province. It is also observed that the most appropriate locations are those that have greater solar radiation, and/or are at a lower altitude.

  • Multicriteria analysis in selecting the optimal variant of solar system

    摘要: Alternative energy sources are becoming more serious competition to traditional ways of generating energy. It becomes real integration of eco-energy with ecology, as well as the innovative technologies with low-energy construction. Apart from the cost an important issue are technical parameters of the equipment, durability, ease of installation, etc. The investor therefore is facing with the problem of decision-making to choose the best solution from the point of view of many criteria. In the article, the authors present the proposal to apply the methods of multi-criteria analysis to select the most beneficial variant of the solar system solutions. In this purpose will be use among other method: multivariate analysis of Saaty’s AHP, the taxonomic method of weighting factors and, belonging to a group of methods using outranking relations, the Promethee II method. Proposed comparative analysis can be used as a method for decision support during the selection of the most beneficial technological solution of solar installation and to evaluate operational efficiency existing buildings which will have implemented new systems.
