摘要: The solid Fabry–Pérot etalon is a widely used optical passive device in optical communications. However, the optical characteristics of Fabry–Pérot etalons are frequency locker and the absorption measurements in THz range. Experimental results showed that the wavelength drift of the etalon could reach 0.5 pm/℃. temperature dependent. In this study, we designed a temperature Insulation structure and employed a PID (Proportional–Integral–Derivative) controlling algorithm. The temperature influence on the etalon transmission spectrum is also discussed according to its temperature characteristics. By analyzing the experimental data, the effects of temperature control and non-temperature control on the Fabry–Pérot etalon were compared.
