摘要: Bipolar microgrids are important candidates for the design of upcoming purely DC or islanded systems due to the extra resiliency offered by the multi-bus (±190V) system. However, unbalanced loads may be connected to the bipolar buses which makes voltage control for power balance essential for the converter. Dual secondary winding based Dual Active Bridge converter, with output series connection, offers a viable solution due to its inherent galvanic isolation between the source and the loads. To harvest the maximal energy from a series connection of photovoltaics (PV) it is important to continuously operate the system at the maximal power point (MPPT). To ensure low losses and higher energy yield over time, differential power processing based converters can be integrated to the PV modules such that minimum power is processed to achieve MPPT. This work provides a solution for interfacing the unipolar power source to a bipolar load bus, to which loads of two different voltage requirement (±190V or +380V) can be connected by incorporating voltage control in the same converter that interface unipolar voltage bus to bipolar bus.

摘要: This paper presents the topology, modelling and control strategy for a single-phase grid-connected converter for photovoltaic (PV) applications based on the series-resonant dual active bridge (DAB). A state-space large-signal model is derived for phase-shift based modulations, and a linearized model is presented for control design. A multi-loop control strategy is presented where a current-control loop regulates the current that the converter injects in-phase with the grid voltage, while a slower loop regulates the PV array voltage for MPPT. To verify the model and control strategy, simulation and experimental results are presented.

Vision technique for deflection measurements based on laser positioning
摘要: This paper proposes a vision-based target-free deflection measurement method of bridge. This method eliminates the trouble of installing artificial targets on the structure. The proposed method utilizes multi-point laser projection as a reference point, which can eliminate the error caused by vibration at the camera position, and also avoids the difficulty of finding the background building as a reference point. The proposed method controls the measurement accuracy by adjusting the size of the captured video area. Through the method of camera scanning, large-scale multi-point deflection measurement is carried out under the premise of certain precision. The video laser spot reference point (LSRP) before loading is selected by the image segmentation algorithm. The Oriented features from accelerated cegment Test (FAST) and rotated binary robust independent elementary features (BRIEF) (ORB) feature detection and extraction algorithm is used to detect and extract key features in the region of interest (ROI) near the LSRP. The extracted key feature points calculate the displacement of each frame of the entire video by using the Lucas-Kanade Tracking (KLT) algorithm, which ensures the maximum number of matches of key points between consecutive images. The mismatched outliers are discarded by using the Random Sampling Consistency (RANSAC) algorithm. The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by an indoor and outdoor beam experiment. In the experiment, the results obtained by the proposed method are compared with the vertical displacement values of the corresponding positions acquired by the displacement meter obtained by the high-precision DH3816N dynamic strain test system to verify the validity and accuracy of the proposed method.

Effect of partial shading patterns and degrees of shading on Total Cross-Tied (TCT) photovoltaic array configuration
摘要: Effect of partial shading on PV modules is simulated. Three standard configurations of PV array consisting of series-parallel (SP), bridge-linked (BL), and total cross-tied (TCT) are studied. Nine PV panels are arranged in 3x3 array. The suitable solar radiation level to start reconfiguring the PV array according to shading pattern is investigated. Partial shading of 1, 2 and 4 panels in 9 are simulated. From the simulation results, it is found that the reconfiguration of PV arrays may not increase the power output higher than 5% when there are shaded greater than 50% of the total area. Therefore, it is unnecessary to reconfigure the PV array. Conversely, if shaded area is less than 50% reconfiguring can improve the power output. Moreover, different shading patterns provide different power outputs even if the shaded areas are equal and the points to start reconfiguring the array are different for various shading patterns.

3D Printing Temporary Crown and Bridge by Temperature Controlled Mask Image Projection Stereolithography
摘要: Traditionally, the fabrication of temporary teeth restorations must go through multiple processes such as moulding, curing and post finishing, which requires extensive expertise of dentists. In addition, the handmade temporary restorations are usually unable to precisely fit the patient’s teeth due to limited formability of material. To address the problem, a three-dimensional (3D) printing technology named temperature controlled mask image projection based stereolithography (TCMIP-SL) is presented for dental materials in this paper, with aim to build customized temporary crown and bridge quickly for its use in dental offices. We first studied the photo-polymerization performance of commercial materials that are commonly used in dental industry. Then we discussed the temperature effect on curing performance and rheology of dental composite material. Based on the studies, we further developed our TCMIP-SL process by integrating a material coating system with controllable heating, so that the coated thin film of dental composite material can be selectively cured using high resolution patterned light beam. Several test cases are performed to demonstrate the TCMIP-SL process can 3D print high viscous temporary crown material with fast speed and high resolution.

Design on Program-Controlled Initiation System of the SCB explosive devices Based on Optical Fiber Communication
摘要: A control system for Semiconductor Bridge explosive devices is designed based on optical fiber Communication, which can make the explosive devices perform better in the complex electromagnetic environment. By the combination of programmable bus controller, ignition unit and the optical fiber communication, the ignition of the explosive devices in chronological order could be realized. After the system design was completed, the major function and anti-electromagnetic interference capability were tested. The results indicated that the system had remote-control ability, high reliability, high security and good electromagnetic compatibility. The system can be used in more complicated electromagnetic environment than the conventional initiating explosive devices.

Induced charge transfer bridge by non-fullerene surface treatment for high-performance perovskite solar cells
摘要: A facile strategy was developed to simultaneously improve the performance and stability of perovskite solar cells (PSCs). It involves the dissolution of an ultranarrow bandgap material, (2,20-((2Z,20Z)-(((4,4,9,9-tetrakis (4-hexylphenyl)-4,9-dihydro-s-indaceno [1,2-b:5,6-b0] dithiophene-2,7-diyl) bis (4-((2-ethylhexyl) oxy) thiophene-5,2-diyl))bis(methanylylidene))bis(5,6-di?uoro-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2,1-diylidene)) dimalononitrile (IEICO-4F)), in chlorobenzene (antisolvent), the use of the solution in the treatment of perovskite ?lms during spin-coating, and the fabrication of solar cells using the treated perovskite ?lms. IEICO-4F formed a charge transfer bridge at the perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD interface and improved the charge extraction and transport. Furthermore, the addition of IEICO-4F facilitated the crystallization, improved the surface morphology, and enhanced the passivation of trap sites of perovskite ?lms. Meanwhile, a reliable power conversion ef?ciency exceeding 20% for CH3NH3PbI3-based cells and 15.72% for CsPbBrI2-based all-inorganic PSCs was realized. These values surpass those of the control devices (i.e., 18.66% and 13.30%, respectively).

Omnidirectional light harvesting enhancement of dye-sensitized solar cells decorated with two-dimensional ZnO nanoflowers
摘要: Surface hydrophilicity has a crucial effect on adhesion forces in air. However, the influence demands clarification. A spherical tip was used to measure adhesion forces on silicon samples with different treatment methods on an atomic force microscope at high relative humidity. The treatment methods were plasma treatment with storage for a time and ultrasonic cleaning in alcohol and water. Both abnormally large and small adhesion forces were observed, and the adhesion force behavior is closely related to surface hydrophilicity. With plasma treatment, the maximum force can be as large as ~4.8 μN, which was attributed to the formation of siloxane bonds (Si-O-Si) between opposing surfaces and the capillary force due to a water bridge. However, the abnormally large adhesion force can only last for a few hours, and then either decreases gradually or decreases suddenly to an abnormally small value. The decrease was attributed to the displacement of hydroxyl groups by organic molecules and the adsorption of some other airborne contaminants on the surface. The possible reasons for abnormally small forces were also presented. However, the abnormal values were not observed on samples with ultrasonic cleaning. These results may help facilitate the anti-adhesion design for silicon-based small-scale systems.

摘要: In this paper, a high frequency isolated photovoltaic dc side connection system based on dual active bridge (DAB) converter with multiple photovoltaic arrays with parallel input and cascade output is proposed. The power transmission capacity of DAB converter is analyzed, its phase-shifting control strategy is designed, and a 300kW/3kV photovoltaic power generation system model is built in MATLAB/Simulink for simulation. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the system structure and the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.

An Integrated Photonic Electric-Field Sensor Utilizing a 1 × 2 YBB Mach-Zehnder Interferometric Modulator with a Titanium-Diffused Lithium Niobate Waveguide and a Dipole Patch Antenna
摘要: We studied photonic electric-?eld sensors using a 1 × 2 YBB-MZI modulator composed of two complementary outputs and a 3 dB directional coupler based on the electro-optic e?ect and titanium di?used lithium–niobate optical waveguides. The measured DC switching voltage and extinction ratio at the wavelength 1.3 μm were ~16.6 V and ~14.7 dB, respectively. The minimum detectable ?elds were ~1.12 V/m and ~3.3 V/m, corresponding to the ~22 dB and ~18 dB dynamic ranges of ~10 MHz and 50 MHz, respectively, for an rf power of 20 dBm. The sensor shows an almost linear response to the applied electric-?eld strength within the range of 0.29 V/m to 29.8 V/m.
