摘要: An original input differential stage circuit (DS) on complementary junction field-effect transistors (CJFET) is proposed. Their main designated area is low-noise analog ICs for operation at low temperatures, including cryogenic ones. The special circuit design for setting steady-state behavior of the DS and its parametric optimization in the LTspice environment provide a relatively high stability of the CJFet steady-state behavior of the input transistors in a wide temperature range. It is shown that, in this case, the common- mode rejection ratio is increased.

摘要: A high-speed buffer amplifier (BA) for analog microcircuits field-effect transistors is proposed. The scheme differs from the known circuit solutions by a small number of elements and can operate within the range of cryogenic temperatures. In the LTSpice simulation software, the optimal control parameters were selected using the DEAP (Distributed Evolutionary Algorithm in Python) library of distributed evolutionary calculations and the NSGA-II multi-criteria optimization algorithm. Minimization of offset voltage, static current consumption and dead band width on the amplitude characteristic at low temperatures were chosen as the priority parameters of the control unit.

A New High-Gain Operational Amplifier Using Transconductance-Enhancement Topology Integrated with Metal Oxide TFTs
摘要: This paper presents an integrated operational amplifier (OPAMP) consisting of only n-type metal oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs). In addition to using positive feedback in the input differential pair, a transconductance-enhancement topology is applied to improve the gain of the OPAMP. The OPAMP has a voltage gain (Av) of 29.54 dB over a 3 dB bandwidth (BW) of 9.33 kHz at a supply voltage of 15 V. The unity-gain frequency, phase margin and DC power consumption (PDC) are 180.2 kHz, 21.5°PM and 5.07 mW, respectively.
