摘要: The article presents the results of the development of a universal control system for semiconductor power converters based on a programmable logic devices (PLD). As a result of the work done, shared functional modules for the various control systems of semiconductor converters were determined, the features of implementing modules on programmable logic were considered, and the algorithms for controlling converters on mathematical models were studied. The principal circuit diagram of the universal control system of the converter is synthesized on the basis of a combination of programmable logic devises and a microcontroller. The topologies of printed circuit boards and their layout in a single module of the universal control system of the converter are developed; the built-in microcontroller software was written and debugged in the assembler language. An experimental sample of the control system was made and its joint tests with a prototype of a low-power three-phase inverter equipped with a load simulator were carried out, oscillograms of control pulses and output voltage were obtained in various modes of inverter control.

Fast and Robust Maximum Power Point Tracking for Solar Photovoltaic Systems
摘要: Solar Photovoltaic (PV) energy is becoming an increasingly important part of the world's renewable energy. In order to develop technology for efficient energy conversion from a solar PV system, this paper studies typical Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) control techniques used in solar PV industry and then proposes a close-loop and adaptive MPPT method for reliable and rapid extraction of solar PV power. The paper emphasizes especially on how the proposed and conventional adaptive MPPT methods perform under highly variable weather and solar irradiation conditions in a digital control environment. A computer simulation system is developed by using SimPowerSystems and Opal-RT real-time simulation technology which allows for fast and efficient investigations of the MPPT algorithms under high switching frequency conditions for power converters. A hardware experiment system is built to validate and compare the proposed and conventional MPPT techniques in a more practical condition. Advantages, disadvantages and properties of different MPPT methods are compared and studied, evaluated.

摘要: This paper deals with the design, simulation and construction of a switching mode power supply. The power supply is especially intended for one photovoltaic panel with 24 V output voltage and 250 W peak power. The supply is based on a flyback topology with nontraditional passive non-dissipative snubber circuit. The entire converter was simulated in the MATLAB Simulink. The converter is fully digital controlled by a STM32F334 microcontroller with a cascade control loop. The selected topology, fundamental simulation of the converter, snubber circuit and strategy of control and constructed converter are included in this paper. The converter can be used with another same converter for creating a small off grid photovoltaic system.

摘要: As a key instrument for resistance metrology, cryogenic current comparator (CCC) is now widely used in national labs. In order to further improve the performances of CCC and make it easy operate, NIM has made some improvements, which are developing digital controller to replace conventional analog circuit and designing a zero boil-off cryogenic container specially served for CCC. Pre-experiments show that the new digital controller performs a better operability and the zero boil-off cryogenic container has a significant convenience for CCC cryo maintenance.
