摘要： To understand dispersive properties of fiber optic structures that transmit optical continuous or pulse signals at long distances, propagating along such optical waveguides, different kinds of which have been discussed in Chapter 9, let us introduce, according to Refs. [1–7], several important engineering parameters that characterize the corresponding processes of optical communication via fiber links.
