    摘要: We present an automatic parameter setting method to achieve an accurate second-order Kalman ?lter tracker based on a steady-state performance index. First, we propose an ef?cient steady-state performance index that corresponds to the root-mean-square (rms) prediction error in tracking. We then derive an analytical relationship between the proposed performance index and the generalized error covariance matrix of the process noise, for which the automatic determination using the derived relationship is presented. The model calculated by the proposed method achieves better accuracy than the conventional empirical model of process noise. Numerical analysis and simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method for targets with accelerating motion. The rms prediction error of the tracker designed by the proposed method is 63.8% of that with the conventional empirically selected model for a target accelerating at 10 m/s2.

  • A Method for Improving Light Intensity Stability of a Total Reflection Prism Laser Gyro Based on Series Correction and Feedforward Compensation

    摘要: The instability of scale factor and null shift are closely related to the change of the light intensity of a total re?ection prism laser gyro (TRPLG). To improve the light intensity stability, the light intensity stabilization principle of TRPLG was analyzed, and a mathematical model of light intensity stabilization system was established. Aiming at the problem that original system has a long adjustment time, a series correction method of adding a proportional integral differential (PID) link in the forward channel was adopted. According to the third-order optimal design, the original I-type third-order overdamped system was optimized to the new II-type third-order underdamped system, which ultimately improved the system’s dynamic and steady-state performance. Feedforward compensation was used to introduce the light intensity disturbance during the longitudinal mode hopping into the closed-loop system, which realized the full compensation of the light intensity error and improved the light intensity characteristics during the longitudinal mode hopping. Combined with the above two methods, experimental results showed that the new system with feedforward compensation improved the light intensity stability by 32% at constant temperature and by 40% at variable temperature, with the TRPLG’s bias stability improved by more than 16% at constant temperature and by 22% at variable temperature.

  • The Impact of Mobile Ions on the Steady State Performance of Perovskite Solar Cells

    摘要: Mobile ions in perovskite solar cells induce many unique transient phenomena, while their influence under steady-state, the primary operating condition, has received little attention. Therefore, in this work we employ ionic-drift diffusion models to assess how the steady-state distribution of mobile ions affects the photogenerated carrier collection, and their redistribution due to dopants and energy band alignment. We demonstrate that mobile ions can transform the carrier transport mechanism from a combination of drift and diffusion to transport by diffusion only, which only impacts the device efficiency if the carrier mobility-lifetime product is limited due to increased transport losses and changed recombination dynamics. A high concentration of dopants is also required in perovskite devices for such doping to have a measurable impact while the energy alignment of the transport layers, on the other hand, can in principle result in a doping-like effect, which generally causes adverse consequences for cell efficiency.
