Insertion of Nanoscale AgInSbTe Layer between the Ag Electrode and the CH <sub/>3</sub> NH <sub/>3</sub> PbI <sub/>3</sub> Electrolyte Layer Enabling Enhanced Multilevel Memory
摘要: Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite, CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) has attracted great attention as promising building blocks for resistive switching memory. However, the reproductive switching uniformity and long-term environmental stability are always critical issues for practical application. Herein, by inserting nanoscale AgInSbTe (AIST) layer between the Ag electrode and MAPbI3 electrolyte layer (Ag/AIST/MAPbI3/FTO), the switching uniformity and environmental stability of the memory cell can be greatly improved. The suppression of excess Ag ions injection and the protection of MAPbI3 form air exposure with the help of AIST layer are ascribed to be responsible for the above-mentioned characteristics, respectively. Moreover, controllable tri-state switching in the reset process provided the capability of multilevel storage of the memory cells and the related mechanism has been identified as the control of nanoscale conductive filaments rupture in sequence from AIST to MAPbI3 layer. The present work would offer an effective way to develop high uniform and environmental stable MAPbI3-based high density memory systems.

Local spatial correlation-based stripe non-uniformity correction algorithm for single infrared images
摘要: Stripe non-uniformity typically exists in infrared images and affects the visual effect; thus, eliminating stripe non-uniformity is essential to improve image quality. In this paper, a correction model with higher accuracy is developed. Unlike some other stripe non-uniformity correction methods using the same gain coefficient and offset parameters for the pixels of each column, different deviations of the correction parameters in the same column resulted by unsatisfactory preliminary non-uniformity correction are considered and are thought to be small and still relevant in space. The proposed method calculates the correction parameters for each pixel respectively based on the intrinsic spatial correlation between adjacent pixels in a column. What is more, an edge detection method is included. The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm effectively eliminates stripe noise of images of different scenes and it also works well in terms of preserving details. Furthermore, the algorithm exhibits high real-time performance.

Tip effect of a micro-needle in a diamond-coating external field
摘要: This study investigated the mechanism of the tip effect in an external field: that is the influence of an electric field on the tip shape, and a temperature field on the film uniformity, of a micro-needle during diamond coating. A bias field during magnetron sputtering was used to investigate the electric effect on the tip and hot-filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD) was used to investigate the thermal effect on the tip. The results showed that, (1) in the bias field during magnetron sputtering, the tip shape was affected by the accumulation of electric charge exerting an electric force on the tip; (2) in the temperature field of HFCVD, the film uniformity on the tip degenerated as a result of the high diffusion and evaporation of activated free radicals arising from the thermal effect; this hindered the nucleation and growth of the diamond film; (3) under the action of the external field, the internal free electrons of the micro-needle moved to preferentially occupy the tip, which has a large curvature, leading to a tip effect.

Daylight luminous environment with prismatic film glazing in deep depth manufacture buildings
摘要: In this paper, indoor illuminance distributions with a microstructured prismatic film glazing in a deep depth manufacture space were measured. The measured illuminance data with the prismatic film glazing were compared to Radiance simulation results with a conventional glazing. This study shows that using prismatic film glazing at side windows can improve indoor illuminance levels and illuminance uniformity for inner spaces. The technology can work effectively for deep depth manufacture spaces under a clear sky but less effective under an overcast sky for improving illuminance levels and illuminance uniformity. Luminance image and glare metrics were also compared between the prismatic film glazing and conventional glazing. The angle-dependent transmittance properties of light-scattering for the prismatic films with direct sunlight present a different luminance pattern from the conventional glazing with higher peak luminance values but smaller peak luminance areas. In general, the simulated glare metrics with the prismatic film glazing presented lower DGP and DGI glare index than those with the conventional glazing. The time and orientation which may cause high glare metrics and possible discomfort glare with the prismatic film glazing in the deep depth manufacture space are also discussed.

摘要: With the development of semiconductor technology, Bosch etching technology is more and more used in 2.5D multi-die integration and 3D wafer level chip size package. Bosch etching can get a vertical via with anisotropic, which helps to promote miniaturization. Bosch etching process has a new challenge for large open rate and depth applications, such as PCR (polymerase chain reaction) chip and optical fingerprint chip scale package. This paper introduces some experiments with optimizing parameters, including chuck temperature, photo resist layer thickness and bias power. In this study, it is successful to develop a through-hole with 45% open rate and 350 um depth. The selectivity can be above 30:1 with 17 um photo resist layer under 5℃ chuck temperature. The etch rate can be 4.6 um/min with 3.1% uniformity in a good profile. At the same time, the scallop is about 50 nm. The bottom via open is 3 um larger than the top via with 51 um.

摘要: This paper presents a strategy of fabricating v-shaped nano-slit arrays in silicon substrates at wafer scale, by using a three-step wet anisotropic etching method with the combination of a color-feed mechanism. Through careful mask design, nano-slits with various aspect ratios and sizes were obtained at wafer scale. The minimum feature size of the obtained nano-slits was 5 nm, which holds great potential in bio-molecule analysis such as DNA and protein detection and analysis.

摘要: Both numerical simulation and experimental investigations revealed that the arsenic concentration in the nano-apex of Si tip can reach a saturated high level (i.e., ~6.7×1021 /cm3) through a controllable oxidation process. We take the thermal-induced dopant re-diffusion and self-limitation by the solubility of arsenic in Si into account for the findings. The forming of saturated arsenic concentration at tip-apex could improve the tip-to-tip uniformity of the dopant concentration in an array, and thus enhance the electron emission. Highly reliable gated emitters array (40×40) with typical current density of ~254.53 mA/cm2 (229.08 μA@118.40 V) was demonstrated using Si-tips with saturated dopant concentration.

Advances in automotive interior lighting concerning new LED approach and optical performance
摘要: Automotive interior lighting has to follow general trends in lighting and will therefore evolve toward hundreds and even thousands of RGB LEDs per car. Creating mood at day and night, pixelated sign-like information, and theater-like effects like welcome and goodbye messages are examples for outstanding user experience. Furthermore, safety features such as warnings and driving state are a must for autonomous cars. It requires new concepts for the whole interior lighting system to reach premium quality such as data rate (beyond today's bus standard for lighting), support for safety rules, compensation of temperature effects, daylight performance (including huge dimming range for night drive), uniformity in terms of luminance and color along the light guide, and mixing of red, green, and blue (RGB) with white. We report a new automotive RGB light-emitting diode (LED) system that fulfills the above requirements and saves effort as well as cost by calibration before integration. Extensive studies were performed for daylight threshold evaluation with subjects and methods for judging on uniformity for direct-lit RGB light guides based on the contrast sensitivity function and Gaussian fit of the LED luminance profile.

Block Copolymer Derived Vertically Coupled Plasmonic Arrays for Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy
摘要: A surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensing template consisting of gold-covered nanopillars is developed. The plasmonic slab consists of a perforated gold film at the base of the nanopillars and a Babinet complementary dot array on top of the pillars. The nanopillars were fabricated by the incorporation of an iron salt precursor into a self-assembled block copolymer thin film and subsequent reactive ion etching. The preparation is easy, scalable, and cost-effective. We report on the increase in surface-enhanced Raman scattering efficiency for smaller pillar heights and stronger coupling between the dot array and perforated gold film with average enhancement factors as high as 107. In addition, the block copolymer-derived templates show an excellent relative standard deviation of 8% in the measurement of the Raman intensity. Finite difference time domain simulations were performed to investigate the nature of the electromagnetic near-field enhancement and to identify plasmonic hot spots.
