研究目的
研究一种多模态成像系统，该系统利用光声成像（PAM）、光学相干断层扫描（OCT）、荧光素血管造影（FA）和彩色眼底照相技术，在活体兔眼中监测视网膜新生血管形成。
研究成果
多模态SD-OCT与OR-PAM成像系统采用安全激光能量水平，能以高分辨率和高对比度有效检测并可视化活体视网膜新生血管，提供血管变化的3D容积图像及定量数据，为眼科诊断和监测提供了一种无创、无需标记的方法。
研究不足
PAM和OCT的采集时间较FA和彩色眼底摄影更长，限制了实时监测能力。该研究在兔中进行，向人类临床应用转化需进一步评估激光长期暴露的安全性。RNV模型随时间呈现动态变化，可能无法完全模拟人类疾病进展过程。

采用自主研发的多模态成像系统，该系统结合了光学分辨率光声显微镜（OR-PAM）与光谱域光学相干断层扫描（SD-OCT），基于光学吸收和背向散射特性实现视网膜血管的高分辨率无创成像。

5：数据分析方法：
利用ImageJ软件定量分析血管密度与直径。统计学分析采用Student's t检验（显著性水平p≤0.05）。处死后进行苏木精-伊红（H&E）染色组织学分析。
