1：实验设计与方法选择：
本研究采用连续真空过滤法制备了具有不同堆叠顺序（AgNW-CNT-AgNW、CNT-AgNW-CNT、CNT-sAgNW-CNT）的三层导电薄膜，并将其封装于硅橡胶中制成可拉伸互连结构。通过苯甲基硫醇对银纳米线进行表面改性以增强界面相互作用。

4. 实验流程与操作步骤：通过真空过滤沉积导电薄膜，转移至硅橡胶基底并封装，采用铜箔和银浆连线。循环拉伸弯曲测试中采用双探针法配合数字万用表测量电阻值。表征手段包含扫描电镜（SEM）、透射电镜（TEM）、X射线衍射（XRD）、X射线光电子能谱（XPS）、拉曼光谱及光学显微镜。
5：数据分析方法：
根据测量数据计算方阻与电导率。XPS数据采用高斯-洛伦兹函数解卷积处理。分析电阻变化与应变及循环次数的函数关系。
