New modeling method for UV sensor photoelectrical parameters extraction
摘要: In this work, we have developed a new modeling tools based on physical, mathematical and numerical models for the analysis of UV-photodetectors based on ZnO NRs/PPV-C6 hybrid heterojunctions. The photoelectrical equivalent circuit parameters are the series resistance (Rs), the shunt resistance (Rp), the reverse current density (J0), the ideality factor (n) and the photocurrent density (Jph). A combined physical-mathematical-numerical approach based on the modified Schockley model, the Lambert W function and the optimized method of the Root Mean Square error (RMSE) was applied to analyze the different devices performances. The results demonstrate that the incorporation of PPV-C6 polymer to the ZnO NRs structure leads to significant amelioration in the interface and increase of both the Jph and responsivity with a decrease of the Rs. This kind of hybrid heterojunction based UV light sensor is promising for future low cost and high performance optoelectronic devices development.

Laser forming of nanostructures in aqueous suspensions with particular optical and photoelectrical properties
摘要: The self-organizing forming of ordered nanostructures in the aqueous suspensions with inorganic nanoparticles of nickel, copper, silica and bio-organic particles of grinded green leaves were studied by means of the irradiation with red, green and blue lasers. Various forms of self-consistent non-homogeneous distributions of the nanocomponents and the optical ?ows were found. The suspensions with high density of the nickel nanoparticles demonstrated abrupt changes of their transparency and periodicity. These abrupt changes were transformed to more slow oscillations of the particles and light distributions when the nickel particles were mixed with the nanoparticles of copper. The suspensions with the nanoparticles of copper created arc-like agglomerations explained by generation of vortexes. The vortex-like distributions were found in the suspensions with silica as well. The anisotropic agglomerations were observed during the irradiations of the suspensions with the grinded green leaves. These results are promising for the developments of new kinds of optical modulators and switchers, optical memory and green solar batteries.

Photophysical Properties of Multilayer Graphenea??Quantum Dots Hybrid Structures
摘要: Photoelectrical and photoluminescent properties of multilayer graphene (MLG)–quantum dots (QD) hybrid structures have been studied. It has been shown that the average rate of transfer from QDs to the MLG can be estimated via photoinduced processes on the QDs’ surfaces. A monolayer of CdSe QDs can double the photoresponse amplitude of multilayer graphene, without influencing its characteristic photoresponse time. It has been found that efficient charge or energy transfer from QDs to MLG with a rate higher than 3 × 108 s?1 strongly inhibits photoinduced processes on the QD surfaces and provides photostability for QD-based structures.
