摘要: Nowadays there is more need for traceability for distorted power waveforms. Therefore a power calibration system was developed at the European Standards Laboratory of Yokogawa Europe Solutions B.V. This system has the capability to calibrate electrical power meters from DC, 10 Hz up to 100 kHz. To evaluate the calibration system traceability, a bilateral comparison was carried out between the Yokogawa European Standards Laboratory and the National Standards Institute of Sweden (RISE).

摘要: A 10 V programmable Josephson voltage standard (PJVS) was developed at VNIIM on the basis of a Supracon 10 V chip. The current margins for the ?rst Josephson step are close to 1 mA. This programmable system was directly compared with a conventional dc Josephson voltage standard (JVS) based on 10 V PTB chip in the range from 1 mV to 10 V.

摘要: Whole measurement chain of a Phasor Measurement Unit was simulated and uncertainty of Total Vector Error (TVE) has been calculated using Monte Carlo Method. The results showed the most important uncertainty contributions and behaviour of the probability distribution function of the output uncertainty. Asymmetrical uncertainties of TVE have to be calculated to obtain proper values.

摘要: This paper describes how the Time and Frequency Laboratory of CENAMEP is preparing its process to use the SIM Time Network Bilateral Comparison as backup link to demonstrate the traceability to UTC for his calibration and dissemination services following the CCTF-WGMRA Guideline 9: CCTF criteria for obtaining traceability in Time and Frequency, and the procedures and uncertainty estimation explained in this document can be used as example for other Time and Frequency laboratories in SIM region that have similar characteristics as CENAMEP AIP, and are seeking to demonstrate traceability using the SIM Time Network.

The authors have proposed an explicit practical approach for evaluating standard uncertainty depends on travelling standard instability when the radial scheme of comparisons is used. As an example, the approach is applied to key comparison COOMET.EM–K5.

摘要: This study demonstrates a quantitative measurement of absolute terahertz power of tens of nanowatts at room temperature. A highly sensitive calorimetric measurement system is constructed using an extremely low noise amplifier and multilayer thermal insulation jackets. A vacuum insulator is used to mitigate thermal disturbance; therefore, very stable measurements are realized at room temperature. As a result, the absolute power of 26.7 nW is measured at 1 THz with the relative expanded uncertainty of 4.2% (k = 2).

摘要: An overview of the development and performance of special high precision multi-ratio three-stage CT and its application for loss measurement of EHV three-phase shunt reactors with AC test voltages up to 1100 kV at Royal SMIT Transformers are presented and discuss. It features current ratios of 500A/1A, 400A/1A, 300A/1A, 200A/1A, and 100A/1A with ratio errors within 3×10-6 in both magnitude and phase with burdens up to 1.0 ? and at power frequencies of 50 Hz - 60 Hz.

摘要: To measure the air sensitivity of a specific absorption rate (SAR) probe, an electric field (E-field) generation system is implemented using field-generating cells, a transverse electromagnetic (TEM) cell below 1 GHz and waveguides in 1.12–2.6 GHz-frequency range. The output side of the field-generating cells is terminated with an attenuator and a power sensor to determine the E-field strength which is traceable to power and attenuation standards. Measured results with the estimated uncertainty are presented at 835 MHz and 1800 MHz.

摘要: A new approach to uncertainty evaluation in scattering parameters measurements which is based on the well-established method of ripple and a subsequent uncertainty propagation through calibration algorithms is proposed. The procedure gives a practical alternative to guarantee traceability to Type-N and 3.5 mm connectors in OSM, SOLT and SOLR calibrations. Its implementation is described and tested.

摘要: This paper presents the qualification of a transient recorder used in a system for traceable measurements of Very Fast Transients. The system is designed for traceable measurements of VFT up to 100 kV, having a target settling time <10 ns, a peak voltage error <1%, and a front time error <5%. The rise time of the digitizer is 1.6 ns at 50Ω and 1.2 ns at 1 MΩ. Step responses show settling times of 4.5 ns. A convolution method gives a peak voltage error of 0.12% and a front time error of 4.1% for 4.5ns front times.
