研究目的
首次展示了一种基于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET）衬底上非晶氧化镓（a-Ga2O3）薄膜的3D构型光电探测器阵列，并通过简单的折纸方法实现了该3D光电探测器阵列。
研究成果
基于Ga2O3薄膜的3D日盲光电探测器阵列首次通过折纸法成功制备。该探测器对日盲紫外光检测展现出较高的光谱选择性。器件保持优异的耐弯折性和柔韧性，且3D光电探测器阵列中所有单元均具有高度一致的性能。这项工作为从常规半导体薄膜制备3D探测器提供了范例。
研究不足
三维光电探测器的发展受到柔性衬底玻璃化转变温度低的制约，这限制了三维光电探测器可选材料的范围。
