开发一种光遗传学调控的膜受体-配体对，以利用光精确控制整合素-基质相互作用。
研究成果
光控整合素-光控基质系统成功实现了对细胞-基质相互作用及下游机械传感通路激活的光调控，为以高时空精度研究整合素信号传导提供了新工具。
研究不足
该系统针对工程化整合素与基质对特异设计；可能无法完全复现天然整合素信号传导的复杂性。若要更广泛适用于其他受体-配体对，尚需优化。
1：实验设计与方法选择：
本研究利用拟南芥中的光敏色素B（PhyB）和光敏色素相互作用因子6（PIF6）设计了一套光遗传学系统，用于调控整合素-基质相互作用。其原理是实现光诱导且可逆的结合。

使用稳定表达工程化整合素的人源细胞系（HEK-293T、HeLa、MCF7）。数据通过流式细胞术、显微镜观察和蛋白质印迹法获取。
